Brick House Property Management started out with Michelle Wainwright, managing single-family rental properties. As her children grew up, her business has expanded to residential property management, HOA (Home Owner Associations) management, and construction management (Licensed Contractor). Today, her team manages a portfolio of over 100 units. Brick House Painting and Construction is fully equiped to handle all remodels and new construction.
